Do you provide software to upload content?

Must I have the software to upload my page onto your server, or do you provide that somewhere within your page, for me to work from my desk on the web site? Yes, you will need an FTP client like CuteFTP or WS_FTP or web page creator such as Microsoft Frontpage. Or you can use the web-based file manager in the control panel.
