Where can I find my FTP access details?

You can find details to access your cPanel FTP account within your cPanel as follows:

Once logged into cPanel, go to "FTP Accounts" and you should see your FTP account username at the bottom and a link for "Configure FTP Client".  After clicking this link it will show you manual settings, as well as settings and instructions you can download for popular FTP clients.
