Cpanel HTML Editor is generating funny characters

When one uses the Cpanel HTML Editor under File Manager, one sees funny characters.
When one removes it, the funny characters appears in other areas of the page.
This is a bug with WYSIWYG Pro. A workaround is to add the following meta tag to your HTML on any affected page.



You will of course need to remove the funny characters manually, but this workaround should prevent them from re-appearing.
