Why my email is not working?
Here are the steps to troubleshoot and resolve your email issues:

1. Is your login username for the email account as email_account_username+yourdomainname.com? If no, please enter the correct username for the email account. Hint: for mary@domainname.com email account, the username is mary+domainname.com.( For the email account login username, just use the email address and replace the "@" sign with "+" sign) (Remember to replace yourdomainname.com with your actual domain name)

2. Is your POP(incoming mail) and SMTP(outgoing mail) setting as your domain name? If no, please enter your domain name (without mail.yourdomainname.com or pop.yourdomainname.com)

3. If you can receive email but cannot send, then your ISP is blocking outgoing smtp to prevent spamming. You need to contact your ISP for solutions.
